MINUTE ORDER <br /> # 77-191 <br /> OFFICE OF '1'HE CLERK, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA <br /> DATE August 23, 1977 <br /> Accennon C�ty Manager <br /> Director of Finance <br /> In [he Matter of Reappraisal of residential properties - Redwood Shores <br /> At the meeang of the Counal of the City of Redwood City on ' <br /> August 22, 1977 , at wh�ch were present , <br /> Counalmen Barrett, Bury, Norris, Rhodes and Mayor Leipzig <br /> , <br /> on monon of Councilman Norris , seconded by <br /> �� Rhodes , duly carned and enteted <br /> on the m,nuces, it was ordered that the ordinances be approved for f�rst <br /> reading, with the appropriate rates to be set forth to include cost <br /> of the reappraisal of residential properties as described in para. 4, <br /> page 3 of the Report of the Director of Finance of August 18, 1977. <br /> (Para. 4. "An alternative to physical inspection each parcel is to <br /> review the Building Department permit records to determine the type of <br /> construction and size of the original structure, and where additional <br /> permits have been issued. A physical reinspection would be made of <br /> these parcels, and any parcels where there may be a significant dif- <br /> ference between the normal ratio between C�ty-County assessments in <br /> each tax code area It is estimated that the necessary data could <br /> be captured in this manner in not more than three man months, prov�ded <br /> qualified temporary help is obtained.") <br /> CITY CLERK � <br />
