MINUTE ORDER <br /> # 78-211 <br /> OFFICE OF THE CLERK, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA <br /> DATE September 12, 1978 <br /> Attennon Clty AttOrney <br /> Planning Director <br /> Building Official <br /> In the Matter of Apeal - Arthur L Adams, appellant <br /> 1515 Hess Road <br /> At the meenng of the Council of the City of Redwood City on <br /> September 11, 1978 , at which were preseat <br /> Couaalmea <br /> Biagi, Bury, Chandler, Leipzig, Rhodes and Mayor Barrett <br /> on monon of Couaalman B ,seconded by <br /> Counalman Bury , duiy carned and entered <br /> on she mmures, ,c was ordered to reverse the decision of the Plamm�g <br /> Commission and grant the application of Arthur L Adams for a Variance <br /> to allow a seventh dwelling unit on a lot which does not meet certain <br /> minimum requirements at 1515 Hess Road with the conditions enumerated <br /> by Philip Aaron, attorney for the appellant, included as part of the <br /> action and to be provided in writing to the City Council, with final <br /> approval to be considered by Council at a subsequent meeting <br /> (NOTE At the request of City Attorney Schricker that he list the changes <br /> the.,appellant is ;willing to make, Mr Aaron advised that his client is <br /> willing to tear down the existing "greenhouse," provide three additional <br /> parkin9 spaces on that site, move the existing fence on the lefthand <br /> side of the property, move the electric service panel so that it does <br /> not protrude into the driveway, and do whatever may be necessary to <br /> make the seventh unit meet present building code requirements ) <br /> CITY G7.ERK <br />
