FILE 2212 <br />The improvements in this subdivision have been completed <br />to the satisfaction of the Department of Public Works. <br />It is recommended that Council accept the subdivision sub - <br />3ect to the usual one -year guarantee <br />The City Attorney is requested to prepare the necessary <br />Minute Order and to approve the $5,000 maintenance bond <br />ar_d�Certificate of Deposit. <br />J.
