Rogers <br />In the Matter of Acceptance of project Water Main Installation - <br />Jefferson Avenue <br />At the meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on <br />July 16, 1979 , at which were present <br />Councilmen Biagi, Bury, Chandler, Leipzig, Norris, Stangel and <br />Mayor Rhodes <br />, <br />on motion of Councilman Biagi <br />seconded by <br />Councilman Chandler duly carried and entered <br />on the minutes, it was ordered to accept installation of Eight -inch C I P <br />Water Main Project, Jefferson Avenue (James B Rogers), release of <br />Performance Bond and Labor and Materials Bond, with the usual one - <br />year guarantee of workmanship and materials, for which a $1,500 <br />Maintenance Bond has been submitted to the City. <br />CITY CLERK <br />0rte"_ <br />
