Playing Bingo in City facilities <br />At the meeting of the Council of the City of Redwood City on <br />February 26, 1979 <br />, at which here present <br />Councilmen Biagi, Bury, Chandler, Norris, Rhodes and Mayor Barrett <br />on motion of Councilman Norri s seconded by <br />Councilman Chandler <br />, duly carried and entered <br />on the minutes, it was ordered to approve the policy statement as recommended <br />by the Parks and Recreation Commission for the conduct of bingo games as <br />provided in the four conditions as follows <br />1. that all laws pertaining thereto and <br />facility use policies of the—City are <br />complied with, <br />2. that a bingo permit be obtained from the <br />Police Department in accordance with the <br />Bingo Ordinance, <br />3. that any group so authorized must conduct <br />regularly scheduled activities on a con- <br />tinuous basis for periods of not less than <br />six consecutive months, <br />4 that groups cannot use space primarily for <br />bingo games. <br />DEPUTY CITY CLERK <br />
