Brinkat, 831 Hillcrest Boulevard, Millbrae, <br /> for a Use Permit for a restaurant-bar at 2726 Broadway, the following findings <br /> having been made that the establishment, ma�ntenance or operation of the <br /> use applied for would be detrimental to the health, safety, peace, morals, <br /> comfort or general welfare of persons residing or working in the neighbor- <br /> hood of such proposed use or would be detr�mental or in�urious to property <br /> or improvements in the neighborhood or to the general welfare of the City, <br /> specifically, 1) the activity would be detrimental to the economic well- <br /> being of existing businesses, 2) it would create a traffic burden, 3) there <br /> is inadequate parking, 4) unsi9htly refuse and other hazards would be <br /> created; and 5) the building is structurally unsuited for the intended <br /> occupancy <br /> CIZ'Y G7.ERK <br />
