Councilman Barrett moved, seconded by Councilman Vega, to <br /> approve the Minutes of the Executive Sess�on and the City Council <br /> Meeting of April 25, 1977 as�submitted. <br /> Councilmen Biagi and Norris stated they would abstain from voting, <br /> having been absent on April 25 <br /> The motion carried unanimousl'y by voice vote, Councilmen Biagi and <br /> Norr�s absta�m ng. <br /> Administration of oath of office - ' <br /> newly appointed board and commission members <br /> Mayor Leipzig invited Charlotte Callis, newly appointed member of <br /> the Library Board, Lisa Hayes, newly reappointed member of the Park <br /> � and Recreation Commission, and Michael Douglas, newly reappointed , <br /> member of the Board of Building Review to come to the podium City <br /> Clerk H�ldebrand admin�stered the oath of office to the new appointees. <br /> ' Mayor Leipzig thanked Mrs. Callis, Miss Hayes and Mr. Douglas for <br /> their willingness to serve the City and congratulated them on their <br /> appointments <br /> , ' Reg.Mtg. <br /> 5/2/77 <br />
