City Manager Fales, City Attorney <br /> Schricker, Assistant City Manager Smith, City Clerk Hildebrand and <br /> Public Works Director Pusich, Planning Director Schroeter, Parks <br /> � and Recreat�on Director Weeks, Police Chief Bold <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> MOTION: Councilman Norris moved, seconded by Councilman Rhodes, to <br /> approve the minutes of the Budget 5tudy Sessions of May 7 and May 14, <br /> 1977 and the City Council Meeting of May 9, 1977 as submitted. <br /> The mot�on carried unanimously by voice vote <br /> Public Auction - Sur lus ro ert in the vicinit of Veterans <br /> Boulevard and Walnut Street former animal shelter) <br /> Mayor Leipzig declared open at 7:34 p m the sub�ect public auction <br /> City Clerk Hildebrand reported the Affidavit of Publication of � <br /> Notice of Auction is on file in her off�ce. <br /> City Attorney Schricker advised that paragraph (c) of Section 3 of <br /> RESOLUTION NO 7791 authorizing the sale of the sub,7ect property at <br /> public auction requires that "the successful auctton bidder, at his <br /> own expense, shall remove the existing buildings on the ..site .. <br /> ' on or before 180 days from the adoption of the ordinance awarding <br /> such bid" and that the sale at publ�c auction of the property must <br /> be confirmed by ordinance <br /> Mayor Leipzig invited prospective bidders to the podium <br /> � <br /> Reg Mtg <br /> 5/23/77 <br />
