Councilman Biagi moved, seconded by Councilman Rhodes, <br /> approval of the following Minutes as submitted Joint Meeting- <br /> Library Board, December 13, 1976, Group Interview Session, <br /> December 13, 1976, City Council, December 13, 1976, and Executive <br /> Session, December 27, 1976 <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote, Councilman Vega <br /> abstaining from the Minutes of the Executive Sesston of December 27 <br /> and Councilman Barrett abstaining from the Minutes of the Joint <br /> Meeting with the Library Board and the Group Intervtew Session, <br /> both of December 13, 1976 <br /> Admintstration of Oath of Office to Lisa Ha es <br /> City Clerk Hildebrand administered the Oath of Office to Lisa <br /> Hayes who was appointed to the Park and Recreation Commisston at <br /> the Council meeting of December 13, 1976 <br /> Mayor Leipzig congratulated Miss Hayes on her appointment and <br /> commended her for her willingness to serve the City.
