' <br /> Presentation of Plaques for Distinguished Service <br /> Mayor Leipzig presented Plaques for Distinguished Service to Annette <br /> Howitt, retiring member of the Civic Cultural Cortum ss�on, and <br /> Herbert J. Haner, former member of the Housing Concerns Cortmittee. <br /> Mayor Leipzig thanked Mrs. Howitt and Mr. Haner for their years of <br /> service and their contributions to the community. <br /> Mrs. Howitt and Mr. Naner both expressed their pleasure at having <br /> worked in their respective positions. <br /> Mayor Leipzig noted that a Plaque had also been prepared for former <br /> Planning Commissioner William J.
