126 <br /> Redwood City Archives Cormm ttee Program <br /> Councilman Bury announced that the Redwood City Archives Co�nittee <br /> will sponsor an historical display and program on Sunday, January 30, <br /> 1977 from 2 to 4:00 p.m. in the Main Library at which time the new <br /> Schellens Collection will be on view. Councilman Bury urged everyone ' <br /> to attend. <br /> Oral Co�nunications <br /> 1. Mrs. Zuma Francis, 904 Cleveland, asked that the main door to <br /> t e multipurpose room at the fair Oaks Community Center be <br /> repaired, suggested the parking area nearest the Center be <br /> designated for use by handicapped persons and that it be <br /> painted to so designate it, urged that financial consideration <br /> be given to PROBE in view of that agency's contribution to the <br /> social needs of the comnunity; called attention to broken side- <br /> walk on Roosevelt Avenue near Lincoln; and asked that the drivers <br /> of the SAMTRANS buses be asked to make certain all prospective <br /> passengers in the area have boarded the buses before driving <br /> off. <br /> Mayor Leipzig advised that investigation will be made of the <br /> items presented by Mrs. Francis. Councilman Barrett moved, seconded by Councilman Bury, to <br /> ad�ourn to execut�ve session for the purpose of considering personnel ' <br /> matters and to reconvene solely for the purpose of ad�ourning. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> The Counctl ad�ourned to executive session at 8:45 p.m. <br /> Ad�ournment <br /> Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried the City Council adjourned <br /> at 8:50 p.m <br /> JACQUELINE C.
