AMENDMENT Councilman Norris moved that a condition be added to the motion that adequate street access must be provided by the developer. AMENDMENT WITHDRAWN Upon advice of City Attorney Schricker that the ' proposed amendment should be addressed to subdivision requirements and is inappropriate at this time, Councilman Norris withdrew his amendment. In response to question, Planning Director Schroeter advised that options to the Council to encourage quality development are avail- able through subdivision requirements and architectural review. In � further response to question, Mr. Schroeter described allowed uses in a CA District and stated that PO use is more restr�ctzve. MOTION WITHDRAWN; Councilman Barrett, with the consent of his second, withdrew his motion MOTION Councilman Norris moved, seconded by Counciiman Barrett, to take whatever action is necessary to rezone Parcel 3 of the Farm Hill property to PO-40 (Professional Office - 40,000 square-foot minimum lot size) District (NOTE - Parcel 3 is the area designated on page 1 of the Staff Report of April 19, 1977 as follows.
