MOTION Title having been read, Councilman Norris introduced the following resolution and moved, seconded by Councilman Vega, its adoption• RESOLUTION N0. 7922 REJECTING BID RECEIVED FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF UNDERGROUND ELECTRIC AND TELEPHONE SERVICE CONNECTIONS SERVED FROM EL CAMINO REAL IN UNDERGROUND UTILITY DISTRICT N0. 73-1 (SERVICE UNDERGROUNDING), DIRECTING THE RETURN OF SECURITY DEPOSIT, AND AUTHORIZING CITY CLERK TO CALL FOR NEW BIDS THEREFOR The resolution was adopted unanimously by roll call vote.
