Consent Calendar � C�ty Attorney Schricker advised that certain notice was defective with regard to adoption of the ordinance relating to the rezoning of property in the vicinity of Jefferson Avenue and Topaz Street Mr. Schricker advised that the matter should be withdrawn from considera- tion at this time and readvertised C�ty Clerk Hildebrand advised that the item can be set for public hearing on Dec�nber 12, 1977 and those in the audience who indicated an interest in the sub�ect were advised that the public hearing w�ll take place on that date.
