Emtilio Bozzolo, 1150 Kandle Way, owner of the sub�ect property, advised that he wishes to construct a duplex on the property Mr. Bozzolo stated that it is his intention to live in one of the units with his handicapped grandson for whpm he intends to include features such as wide doors to facilitate wheelchair use Mr. Bozzolo acknowledged that he may build a single dwelling on the property with the ' same features which would not require a var�ance, but stated that he � believes the lot which is almost 200 feet deep is too large for such a`h~e in spite of �ts narrow 47-foot width Mr. Bozzolo presented a petition s�gned by 81 residents of Redwood City urging that the reques�ed varlance be granted '�ES �"��9 -3- � 11/20/77
