1� � Proposed Annual Budget - 1978-1979 City Manager Fales submitted the Proposed Annual Budget for 1978- 1979 in accordance with Section 51 of the City Charter. Mayor Barrett commended staff for the excellent manner in which the ' Proposed Annual Budget is prepared Mayor Barrett announced that Council will ad�ourn to a public Budget Study Session at 9 00 a m., .� Saturday, May 6, 1978 in the Board of Supervisors Chambers, that copies of the Proposed Budget may be reviewed tn the City Clerk's office, the Main Library and the branch libraries, and that a limited supply of copies will be available at no cost to the public at the May 6 session. City Attorney Schricker observed that the public Saturday session is for Council study and review of the Budget and that a formal public hearing will be noticed later.
