Counc�lman Leipzig moved, seconded by Councilman Biagi, to <br /> place $30,386 in the General fund for the purpose of reducing the <br /> • Property Tax rate. � <br /> The motion carr�ed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> (MINUTE ORDER NO 78-146) <br /> , City Manager Fales recapitulated the changes approved by Council in <br /> the Budget during the three sessions• <br /> Revenue Sharing. <br /> , Senior Drop-In Center $ 2,000 added <br /> YMCA Youth Services Bureau 1,330 " <br /> f � Police Youth Club 1,450 " <br /> � The Way Inn 7,000 new allocation <br /> �� Capital Improvements Fund: � <br /> f <br /> fountain-Sculpture-Downtown Area ($16,000) deleted <br /> � Paving parking lot behind <br /> Chamber of Commerce 32,500 added <br /> Net amount that would have to be allocated from Reserves: $16,500. , <br /> MOTION Councilman Biagi moved, seconded by Councilman Bury, to <br /> approve the Recommended Annual Budget, 1978-79, as amended. <br /> The motion carr�ed unanimously by voice vote. <br /> ' Frank Esposito (see above) was informed that the tax rate would be <br /> roughly 22¢ less than last year. <br /> -8- Budget <br /> Study <br /> ' 5/20/78 <br /> - '�_ . _ - 6 <br />
