' �' 2 4 I <br /> � <br /> Adm�nistration of Oath of Office <br /> 7ne Oath of Office was administered to Susan Swope, newly appo�nted <br /> member of the C�vic Cultural Commission, and to James Knecht, newly <br /> reappointed member of the Park and Recreation Commission <br /> , Nayor Barrett thanked Ms. Swope and Mr Knecht for their willingness <br /> to serve the community on the Commissions <br /> � Public Hearing - Applicdtion for Planned Development Permit to allow � <br /> construction of 60 condominium dwellinq_units on <br /> property located at 101 Horgan Avenue-Bernard P. <br /> Hagan, appl�cant. <br /> Mayor Barrett declared open at 7.36 p.m. the sub�ect public hear�ng <br /> City Clerk H�ldebrand reported the Affidavit of Publication of <br /> Not�ce of Hearing and Affidavit of Ma�ling are on file in her office <br /> C�ty Manager Fales referred to the report of the Planning Commission <br /> and the attached minutes and reports. <br /> In response to question, D�rector of Public Works Pus�ch advised that <br /> he is satisf�ed that the concerns he had expressed have been answered <br /> and that the homeowners association w�ll be reponsible for lighting. <br /> Richard Takuchi, 75 Horgan, representing his parents who are the <br /> owners of property across the street, asked whether the street <br /> ' easement would have any detrimental effect for them as far as the <br /> W�lliamson Act is concerned. <br /> City Attorney Schricker advised that questions relating to the Act <br /> and to assessed valuation of prooerty should be addressed to the <br /> County, noting that it would appear that if there are no changes <br /> in the terms and conditions there would be no effect on the property <br /> J�m Nakano, 100 Horgan, inquired concerning the numbering of units <br /> � sn the proposed development, suggestiny that addresses should be y <br /> clar�fied. He also asked abouti plans for fencing the development <br /> s�nte it is ad�aCent to his nursery. <br /> Planning Director Schroeter advised that architectural detai75 of <br /> the development plan will be considered oy the Architectural <br /> Ccnmittee whjch is expected to meet on June 13, Mr. Schroeter told <br /> Nr Nakano that he w�ll not7fy hir� of the time and place of the <br /> rneeti^g.
