Joint <br /> Meeting with Cities of Belmont, Menlo Park and San Carlos on January 30, <br /> 1978 and the City Council Meettng of February 13, 1978. <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote, Councilmen Norris and <br /> Rhodes abstaining from the vote on the Minutes of the Joint Meeting. <br /> � Public Hearinq - Proposed Annexation of "Tract No 523 Subdivision <br /> of Portion of the Hor an Ranch San Mateo Count " <br /> Yamada Pro ert ) <br /> Mayor Leipzig declared open at 7 37 p.m. the sub�ect public hearing. <br /> City Clerk Hildebrand reported the Affidavits of Publication of <br /> Notice of Hearing (RESOLUTION N0. 7973) are on file in her office. <br /> City Manager Fales referred to his report of February 24, 1978 <br /> ' regarding the Horgan Ranch Annexation (Yamada Property) and <br /> attaching a memorandum from the City Attorney dated January 4. <br /> Mr. Fales described the procedure for uninhabited annexations. <br /> Reg.Mtg. <br /> 2/27/78 <br /> _ _ . /'� � <br />
