City Manager Fales, Assistant City Attorney Maloney, Personnel Director Brock Executive Session Mayor Weymouth reminded Council that this meeting was for the purpose ' of discussing labor negotiations. Ad�ournment of Executive Session Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the Executive Session was ad�ourned at 4.38 p.m Announcement Mayor Weymouth announced that he has been advised that the representatives of Parkwood 101 have asked that proceedings be terminated with regard to their application for annexation to GID No 1-64. Mayor Weymouth advised that, therefore, the public hearing on the sub,7ect continued to 4 00 p.m., Monday, December 29, 1975 from December 15 will not be held and that termination proceedings relating to the application for annexation may take place at the next regular City Council meeting on Monday, January 5, 1976 Mayor Weymouth further advised that for the convenience of those interested, the City Clerk has been requested to publish a notice advising of the cancellation of the December 29 meeting and will advise the press repre- sentatives by telephone � Ad�ournment Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the City Council ad,7ourned at 4•40 p m JACQUELINE C HILDEBRAND City Clerk Ad�.Mtg --- - - —__ ___ - --- - 12/22/75
