,.. <br /> 246 <br /> recommended by the Commission, and the possibility of supporting <br /> the bills in the concept recortonended by the Commission. <br /> ~ MOTION Counctlman Williams moved, seconded by Councilman Barrett, <br /> to support AB 997 and SB 174 and that letters be directed to the <br /> aporopriate cortam ttees and members of the State Legislature with � <br /> note made.that the support is for the bills in the form recommended <br /> to Council by the Park and Recreation Commission. <br /> The motion carried unan�mously by voice vote <br /> (MINUTE ORDER N0. 76-16) <br /> Consent Calendar <br /> City Attorney Schricker advised that with regard to the ordinance <br /> relating to the rezoning application of Mobil Oil Estates (Redwood) <br /> Limited which was approved on January 5, publication was made on <br /> January 8 in accordance with customary procedure for publication <br /> of ordinances Mr Schricker advised that the approved ordinance <br /> does not appear on the Consent Calendar for adoption tonight and <br /> will not appear pending Council consideration of building guide- <br /> lines for the area, and therefore, the approved ordinance should <br /> be republished at the time it is under consideration for adoption <br /> MOTION• Councilman Henderson moved, seconded by Councilman Norris, <br /> that the ord�nance approved on January 5, 1976 relating to the <br /> application for rezoning from Mobil be republished at the time it <br /> is presented to Council for adoption. <br /> In response to question, Planning Director Schroeter acknowledged , <br /> that the map provided for publication was incorrect and should be <br /> redrafted to reflect Council action on January 5, 1976. <br /> ADDITION TO MOTION Councilman Henderson, with the consent of her <br /> second, added that the map to be published with the approved ordi- <br /> nance should be redrafted to reflect Council action on January 5, <br /> 1976 <br /> The motion with the addition carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> (MINUTE ORDER NO 76-17) <br /> In response to request, Mayor Weymouth ruled that adoption of <br /> the ordinance relating to park rules and regulations will be con- <br /> sidered separately out of order <br /> In response to questions concerning the item relating to State <br /> and Local Summary Criminal History Information, City Attorney <br /> Schricker advised availability of the information is dependent <br /> upon �ob specifications, licensing and similar considerations. <br /> MOTION Title having been read, Councilman Williams moved, <br /> seconded by Councilman Barrett, adoption of the following <br /> ordinance• <br /> ORDINANCE N0. 1660 REPEALING DIVISION 1 OF ARTICLE I OF ' <br /> CHAPTER 25 OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND <br /> -4- <br /> Reg.Mtg. <br /> 1/12/76 <br />
