Councilman Barrett moved, seconded by Councilman 9ury <br /> for the purpose of discussion, to include in the Capital Improve- <br /> ments an amount of $7,500 for installation of the fountain <br /> MOTION WITHDRAWN At the suggestion of Councilman Norris that the <br /> item be held for consideration until completion of this part of <br /> the budget, Mr Barrett, with consen� of �is second, withdrew the <br /> motion <br /> MOTION Councilman Rhodes moved, seconded by Councilman Norris, <br /> to deiete $194,9Z4 from Capital Improvement Outlay, Red Morton <br /> Commumty Park <br /> Discussion related to concern that the Sales Tax Revenues which <br /> are used for Capital Improvements, have been reduced from previous <br /> years, the suggestion that rather than the total pro�ect, certain <br /> °, elements among those listed for improvements of Red Morton Park <br /> � might be eliminated instead Mr Fales commented and responded <br /> � to questions, indicating that among alternatives is the suggest�on <br /> that another way to fund parks improvement is by Revenue Sharing <br /> Funds remaining after subtracting other pro,7ects. - <br /> �.
