' <br /> Mayor Leipzig advised that each board or commission will be handled <br /> separately with candidates �oining Council members at the large table <br /> while candidates for other appointments serve as the audience. <br /> Mayor Leipzig advised further that when the candidates for each` appoint- <br /> ment are seated, the staff inember who works with that particular board <br /> or commission will describe its duties and present areas of concern, <br /> following which Council will ask questions and comment and the appli- <br /> cants are invited to do the same , <br /> All candidates were i�nvited to remain for the entire interview session. <br /> The City Counctl then proceeded to interview applicants for appoint- <br /> ment to City boards and commssions listed below in accordance with <br /> the group interview procedure. <br /> Park and Recreation Cormnission <br /> Board of Build�ng Review , <br /> -- � <br /> MOTION. Councilman Bury moved, seconded by Councilman Biagi, to accept <br /> the wtthdrawal of the application of Michael J Douglas.
