Request of ten citizens that two measures relating to election <br /> , of mayor and vice mayor be placed on the November 2, 1976 <br /> general election ballot. <br /> Mayor Leipzig determined that it is the consensus of Council to <br /> refer the sub,7ect commu m cation to the next Charter Review Com- <br /> mittee fo r consideration with other matters which are experted <br /> to be considered by that Corrnm ttee when it is next established. <br /> It was pointed out that such a Committee is expected to be es- <br /> tablished sufficiently in advance of the next general municipal <br /> election in 1978 to permit its recommendation to be placed on <br /> the balTot for that election (memo 7/27/76) <br /> Housing and Community Development Act Program <br /> City Manager Fales advised that the contract with Williams & Mocine <br /> regarding the sub�ect program is being reviewed by staff to make <br /> certain the City is benefitting from it. <br /> San Mateo County contribution - <br /> operation of Fair Oaks Community Center <br /> City Manager Fales referred to his report of July 22, 1976 regarding <br /> , the consideration by the Board of Supervisors of their contribution <br /> to the operational expenses of the Fair Oaks Community Center Mr <br /> Fales stated that the matter of the 1976-77 contribution will be <br /> considered by the Supervisors commencing at 7 30 p.m., Thursday, <br /> -12- <br /> Reg Mtg <br /> 7/26/76 <br /> 3 - <br />
