None <br /> Officials and staff present Assistant City Manager Smith, City <br /> ' Attorney Schricker, City Controller Ference, City Clerk Hildebrand <br /> and Public Works Director Pusich, Parks and Recreation Director Weeks, <br /> Building and Transportation Director Balsamo, Police Chief Bold <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> MOTION Councilman Bury moved, seconded by Councilman Btagi, that <br /> the Minutes of the Joint Meeting wtth the Port Cortonission on July 22, <br /> 1976, the Joint Meeting with the Park and Recreation Commission and <br /> the City Council Meeting on July 26, 1976 be approved as submitted. <br /> Councilman Norris advised that he would abstain from voting on the <br /> approval of the Minutes of the two ,7oint meetings since he was not <br /> present <br /> The motion carried unanimously by voice vote, Councilman Norris ab- <br /> staining on approval of the Minutes of the �oint meetings. <br /> Public Hearing - Proposed Abandonment of Portion of <br /> Htlton Street <br /> Mayor Leipzig declared open at 7 37 p.m. the sub�ect public hearing. <br /> � City Clerk Hildebrand reported that the Affidavit of Publication of <br /> Notice of Hearing and the Affidavit of Posting are on file in her <br /> office <br /> Reg.Mtg. <br /> 8/2/76 <br />
