Citv Ltbrary - Minority Recruitment Training Funds City Manager Fales referred to his report of February 27, 1976 re- lating to the Minority Recruitment Assistance Program at the City L9brary and attaching a report from the City Librarian dated February 26 on the sub�ect. City Librarian Vollmayer referred to the four applications attached to his report and advised that four additional applications have ' been received, all of which will be submitted to Sacramento.
