JAH:djm 02/14/90 (RD-002/#27) <br /> JAH:djm 03/07/90R <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. The Agency, having reviewed and considered the Plan <br />together with the staff report and comments, written and oral, <br />received by the Agency, hereby finds and determines all of the <br />following: <br /> <br /> a. The Plan is feasible. <br /> <br /> b. The Plan complies with all applicable <br /> <br /> environmental standards and procedures including <br /> the Final EIR for the Project. <br /> <br /> c. The Plan is compatible with the general plan of <br /> the community and the housing element thereof as <br /> well as the areawide housing plan. <br /> <br /> d. Good cause exists within the meaning of Section <br /> <br /> 7264.5 of the Government Code for the Agency to <br /> exceed, by the adoption of the Plan, the maximum <br /> amounts to be paid for comparable replacement <br /> dwellings under Sections 7263 and 7264 of the <br /> Government Code. <br /> <br /> 2. The Agency hereby adopts the Plan and directs staff to <br />implement the Plan at such time as the Disposition and <br />Development Agreement for the Sequoia Station Project shall have <br />been executed by all parties thereto and funded by the Developer. <br /> <br /> <br />
