RD-90-01 FEB 1 2 1990 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY ADOPTING A REPLACEMENT HOUSING PLAN FOR <br /> SEQUOIA STATION PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency, Sam Trans, Caltrans and a private <br /> developer have been engaged for some time in the preparation of <br /> plans and related documents for the construction of the Sequoia <br /> Station Project (the Project) in a portion of the Downtown <br /> Subarea of the Project Area; and <br /> WHEREAS, in order for the Project to be realized it will be <br /> necessary to remove existing structures on the project site, <br /> including four (4) dwelling units occupied by households whose <br /> income level places these dwelling units in the moderate-income <br /> housing market; and <br />- WHEREAS, Section 33413 of the Health and Safety Code <br /> requires the replacement, within four (4) years, of any dwelling <br /> units in the moderate-income housing market that are removed <br /> therefrom by a redevelopment project, and Section 33413.5 of said <br /> code requires the Agency to adopt a replacement housing plan <br /> showing how the Agency will meet such requirement; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency has prepared the plan, a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto entitled "Replacement Housing Plan for the <br /> Sequoia Station Project" (the Plan), which Plan has been <br /> available for review and comment since January 25, 1990. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />
