RD-92-13 RD 92-13 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FIRST AMENDMENT OF ERN WITH <br /> TRESTINE GROUP, INC., INCLUDING ASSIGNMENT THEREOF <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1. The agreement entitled "First Amendment to Agreement <br />Conferring Exclusive Right to Negotiate on Trestine Group, Inc.", <br />a copy of which is in the office of the Secretary for reference <br />to the full particulars thereof, hereby is approved, and the <br />Executive Director is authorized and directed to execute the same <br />on behalf of this Agency. <br /> <br /> 2. The assignment of the agreement entitled "Agreement <br />Conferring Exclusive Right to Negotiate on Trestine Group, Inc.", <br />as amended hereinabove, from Trestine Group, Inc., to a <br />California general partnership comprised of John Berry and <br />Trestine Group, Inc., or the shareholders thereof, hereby is <br />approved. <br /> <br /> <br />
