NOWv THEREFOREv <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, THaT THE AGENCY H~S FOUND/~ND DETERMINED E~CH OF THE <br />FOLLOWING: <br /> <br />1. The public interest and necessity require the Project. <br />2. The Project is planned and located in the manner that <br />will be most compatible with the greatest public good and the least <br />private injury. <br /> <br /> 3. The Property sought to be acquired is necessary for the <br />Project. <br /> <br /> 4. The offer required by Section 7267.2 of the Government <br />Code has been made to the owner or owners of record. <br /> <br /> The Attorney for the Agency is hereby directed to institute <br />and conduct to a conclusion an action in eminent domain for the <br />acquisition of the Property. <br /> <br /> The Public Hearing of June 8~ 1992 was continued open to noon June 9, 1992 <br /> in the City Hall Conference Room, Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 502-002A -2- <br /> <br /> <br />
