PARCEL 3 BEGINNING at a point in the Southwesterly line of Villa Lot 9 having reference to the survey and map of the Town of Redwood City, formerly called ~ezesville, made by W. W. O'Dwyer, in January 1554, and on file in the records of San Mateo County, that bears South 48' 34' East, 429.21 feet from the most Westerly corner of Villa Lot 10 having reference to the above mentioned survey and map; thence South 48' 34' East along the Southwesterly line of said Villa Lot g and Villa Lot 8 having reference to the above mentioned survey and map, a distance of 200.00 feet to the Southeasterly line of that portion of Villa Lot 8 secondly described under "First" in the deed dated May 7, 1900 from L. A. Richards and Julia A. Richards to Southern Pacific Railroad Company, recorded May 12, 1900 in Book 86 of Deeds at page 502, San ~ateo County Records; thence North 41' 26' East along said Southeasterly line, a distance of 480.00 feet to a point; thence in a Northwesterly direction along a curve to the left, having a radius of 674.22 feet an arc distance of 203.056 feet to a point, the tangent to said curve at its point of beginning bears North 48' 34' West; thence South 41' 26' West, a distance of 449.653 feet to the point of beginning.
