RD-92-6 RD-92-06 RD 92-06 RD 92-6 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br /> OF REDWOOD CITY AND SEQUOIA UNION HIGH SCHOOL DISTRICT <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement by and between the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City and Sequoia Union High School <br />District entitled "Agreement Between the Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Redwood City and the Sequoia Union High School <br />District Concerning Sequoia High School" a copy of which <br />agreement is on file in the office of the Secretary for reference <br />to the full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the <br />Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to execute <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
