RD-93-16 RD 93-16 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH SUBSURFACE CONSULTANTS, INC. <br /> <br /> (MAIN/MIDDLEFIELD HOUSING PROJECT) <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Phase II Environmental <br />Assessment and Geotechnical Study for Main/Middlefield Housing <br />Project Site", a copy of which agreement is on file in the office <br />of the Secretary to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Executive <br />Director is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br />agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the <br />- City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
