RD-93-14 RD 93-14 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND AGREEMENT <br /> CONFERRING EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE <br /> ON TRESTINE GROUP, INC. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, as follows: <br /> <br /> The agreement entitled, "Second Agreement Conferring <br />Exclusive Right to Negotiate on Trestine Group, Inc.", a copy of <br />which is in the office of the Secretary for reference to the full <br />particulars thereof, hereby is approved, and the Executive <br />Director is authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf <br />of this Agency. <br /> <br /> <br />
