RD-93-12 RD 93-12 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AND KEYSER MARSTON ASSOCIATES, <br /> INC. FOR CONSULTING SERVICES CONCERNING REDEVELOPMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br />City requires certain consulting services to aid it in <br />redevelopment planning and negotiations; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Keyser Marston Associates, Inc., San Francisco, <br />California, has performed such services for the Agency <br />satisfactorily for the past ten (10) years; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency and Keyser Marston Associates, Inc., <br />desire to enter into a new agreement to set forth current terms <br />and conditions; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement by and between the Redevelopment <br />Agency of the City of Redwood City and Keyser Marston Associates, <br />Inc., entitled, "Agreement for Consultant Services Concerning <br />Redevelopment", a copy of which is available in the office of the <br />Secretary for reference to the particulars thereof, is hereby <br />approved, and the Executive Director is hereby authorized and <br />directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
