This Agency hereby selects Safeway Inc. as the <br />developer for the Property. <br /> <br /> 2. The Executive Director and Agency Counsel are hereby <br />authorized to negotiate with Safeway Inc. ~an amendment of the <br />Disposition and Development Agreement for the Sequoia Station <br />Project, as heretofore amended, authorizing Safeway Inc. to <br />develop the Property in accordance with the development scheme <br />described in the Plan under the heading "New Development - Retail <br />Sales". <br /> <br /> <br />
