RD-94-17 RD 94-17 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THIRD AMENDMENT OF SECOND <br /> ERN WITH TRESTINE GROUP, INC. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, as follows: <br /> <br /> That the agreement entitled, "Third Amendment of Second <br />Agreement Conferring Exclusive Right to Negotiate on Trestine <br />Group, Inc.", a copy of which is in the office of the Secretary <br />for reference to the full particulars thereof, be and the same <br />hereby is approved, and the Executive Director is authorized and <br />directed to execute the same on behalf of this Agency. <br /> <br /> <br />
