Upon appropriate assurances from the State of <br />California (in form approved by this Agency's Counsel) the <br />Executive Director is hereby authorized and directed to issue a <br />check or warrant for the amount of Fifty Thousand Seven Hundred <br />Fourteen and No/100 ($50,714.00) payable to the Division of the <br />State Architect, California Department of General Services, or <br />such other payee as said Division shall specify, as payment for <br />the design and construction of the clock tower aforesaid. <br /> <br /> Rd94-15 <br /> <br /> <br />
