RD-94-09 RD 94-09 RD-94-9 RD 94-9 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTING SERVICES FOR CREATION OF A <br /> RELOCATION PLAN AND IMPLEMENTATION OF RELOCATION <br /> SERVICES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br /> City requires professional consulting services to create a <br /> relocation plan and implement relocation services for the <br /> properties located at 3426, 3446 and 3466 Rolison Road, Redwood <br /> City, California (the "Project"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Linda A. Norwood of San Jose, California represents <br /> that she is qualified on the basis of experience and expertise to <br /> <br /> perform such services for the Project; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />-- REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Relocation Plan Preparation <br /> and Relocation Services (Rolison Road)", form dated 4/26/94R, by <br /> and between the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, <br /> a redevelopment agency of the State of California and Linda <br /> Norwood, for the performance of the above-mentioned services, a <br /> copy of which agreement is on file in the office of Secretary, to <br /> which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br /> thereof, is hereby approved, and the Executive Director and <br /> Secretary are hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to <br /> attest thereto, respectively, said agreement for and on behalf of <br /> the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
