RD-94-07 RD 94-07 RD-94-7 RD 94-7 <br /> <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> LEASE OF SPACE IN FITZPATRICK BUILDING FOR USE AS <br /> AGENCY OFFICES <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain lease of Suite 200 in the Fitzpatrick Building <br />located at 2000 Broadway, for use as the offices of the Agency <br />from April 1, 1994, through March 31, 1996, by and between the <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, as lessee, and <br />M. R. Oyster, doing business as Oyster Properties, as lessor, <br />is hereby approved. The Executive Director is hereby authorized <br />and directed to execute said lease for and on behalf of the <br />Agency and to take all actions required of the Agency under said <br />lease. A copy of said lease is in the files of the Secretary for <br />examination of the particulars thereof. <br /> <br /> <br />
