RD-94-06 RD 94-06 RD-94-6 RD 94-6 <br /> <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CONTRACT DOCUMENTS FOR THE <br /> WYNDHAM PLACE SOIL REMEDIATION PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING <br /> AND DIRECTING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS THEREFOR <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, contract documents for the Wyndham Place Soil <br /> Remediation Project, Redwood City, California, have been <br /> presented to, and reviewed by, the Agency; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Agency desires to signify its approval thereof <br /> and authorize and direct the Agency Secretary to advertise for <br /> bids for the work therein described; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> 1. Those certain contract documents entitled "Contract <br />'-- Documents for the Wyndham Place Soil Remediation Project City <br /> of Redwood City, California"~ a copy of which documents are on <br /> file in the office of the Secretary, are hereby approved. <br /> 2. The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> advertise for bids for the performance of the work of improvement <br /> hereinabove described. <br /> <br /> <br />
