P- z143 �� <br /> �-�' O <br /> RESOLUTION SETTING SALARY AND AUTO ALLOWANCE OF � <br /> PORT EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR � <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 47f (11) of the Redwood City, City Charter, <br /> the Board of Port Commissioners prescribes the functions, duties and compensation <br /> of the Port Manager (Port Executive Director); and <br /> WHEREAS, on July 13, 2011, this Board adopted Ordinance No, P-249 (the <br /> "Ordinance"), setting forth a salary range for the Port Executive Director; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board now desires to set the Port Executive Directors salary <br /> within the range set forth in the Ordinance; and <br /> WHEREAS, this Board now desires to set the Port Executive Director's auto <br /> allowance. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF PORT COMMISSIONERS OF THE <br /> CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> • 1. The Port Executive Director's salary shall be $ls6,oas.00 per year (the "New <br /> Salary"), until further action by the Board of Port Commissioners. <br /> 2.
