RD-94-02 RD 94-02 RD-94-2 RD 94-2 <br /> <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> AGREEMENT WITH BLOCK DEVELOPMENT COMPANY <br /> <br /> (MAIN/MIDDLEFIELD SITE) <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br />REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Agreement for Consultant <br />Services Concerning Main/Middlefield Housing Project", a copy of <br />which agreement is on file in the office of the Secretary to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars <br />thereof, is hereby approved, and the Executive Director is hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on <br />behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
