DES:dft 1/4/94 (016/36) <br /> <br /> Health and Safety Code, has held a duly noticed public hearing, <br /> <br />- made the requisite findings and approved the sale of the Project <br /> Site to the Developer in accordance with the Disposition and <br /> Development Agreement for the Wyndham Place Project. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, THE AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Disposition and <br /> Development Agreement For The Wyndham Place Project", by and <br /> between the developer, Butler Stellar Corporation, and this <br /> Agency, bearing the most recent revision date of December 9, <br /> 1993, which has been executed by the Developer and delivered to <br /> the Secretary of the Agency, hereby is approved by the Agency, <br /> and the Chairwoman and Secretary of the Agency hereby are <br /> authorized and directed to execute the same on behalf of the <br /> Agency. <br /> <br /> 2 RD94-! <br /> <br /> <br />
