RD-95-11 RD 95-11 <br /> <br />- RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF THE <br /> FIRST AMENDMENT OF THE DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT <br /> AGREEMENT FOR THE MEZES PLAZA PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency, the City of Redwood City (the <br /> "City") and Mezes Group, Inc., a California corporation (the <br /> "Developer") have executed that certain agreement entitled <br /> "Disposition and Development Agreement for the Mezes Plaza <br /> Project" (the "DDA); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the parties desire to amend the DDA as set <br /> forth in the "First Amendment of Disposition and Development <br /> Agreement for the Mezes Plaza Project" (the "Amendment"), and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency has reviewed and considered said <br /> Amendment. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, THE AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain Amendment entitled "First Amendment of <br /> Disposition and Development Agreement for the Mezes Plaza <br /> Project," by and between the Developer, Mezes Group, Inc., <br /> this Agency, and the City of Redwood City, a copy of which <br /> Amendment has been executed by the Developer and delivered to <br /> the Executive Director of the Agency, hereby is approved by <br /> the Agency, and the Chairwoman and Secretary of the Agency <br /> <br /> 1 <br /> <br /> <br />
