RD-95-09 RD 95-09 RD-95-9 RD 95-9 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING SECOND AGREEMENT CONFERRING <br /> EXCLUSIVE RIGHT TO NEGOTIATE "DEVELOPMENT TEAM" <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY, as follows: <br /> <br /> The agreement entitled, "Second Agreement Conferring <br />Exclusive Right to Negotiate on "Development Teams," a copy <br />of which is in the office of the Secretary for reference to <br />the full particulars thereof, hereby is approved, and the <br />Executive Director is authorized and directed to execute the <br />same on behalf of this Agency. <br /> <br /> <br />
