AK:mg 06/20/95 (004/40) <br /> <br />reviewed by this Board; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled "Third Amendment of <br />Disposition and Development Agreement for Phase I of the Sequoia <br />Station Project," by and between the Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Redwood City, the City of Redwood City and Safeway Inc., <br />a Delaware corporation, a copy of which has been executed by the <br />Developer and is on file in the office of the Secretary of the <br />Agency, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the Executive <br />Director is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br />agreement for and on behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />
