RD-95-06 RD 95-06 RD-95-6 RD 95-6 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING ERN AGREEMENT WITH RESPECT TO <br /> MAIN MIDDLEFIELD PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood <br />City has caused to be prepared an agreement conferring the <br />exclusive right to negotiate for the proposed development of the <br />Main Middlefield project on the Development Team comprised of <br /> <br />Mid-Peninsula Housing Coalition, and The Raiser Organization; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement Conferring <br />Exclusive Right to Negotiate On "Development Team" <br />(Main/Middlefield Project) (form dated 3/01/95) hereby is <br />approved, and the Executive Director hereby is authorized and <br />directed to execute the same on behalf of the Agency. <br /> <br /> <br />
