PART II <br /> <br /> BUYERS SELECTION PRIORITIES <br /> <br />Once initial income and residency eligibility status is determined, priorities will be followed, <br />provided that at least one buyer of each unit at the time of application and at the time of dose <br />of escrow, meets the priority category: <br /> <br /> FIRST PRIORITY: Buyers who have been residents of Redwood City or who are <br /> employees of Redwood. City businesses, and have lived or worked in Redwood City <br /> throughout the last three years, and whose income is at or below 80% of median <br /> income. <br /> <br /> SECOND PRIORITY: Buyers who are residents of Redwood City or who are <br /> employees of Redwood City businesses, and have lived or worked in Redwood City <br /> throughout the last three years, and whose income is at or below 100% of median <br /> income. <br /> <br /> THIRD PRIORITY: Buyers who have lived in Redwood City 12 months prior to the <br /> date of application and earn 100% or below median income. <br /> <br /> FOURTH PRIORITY: Buyers who do not live in Redwood City or work for the City <br /> or Redwood City businesses, but live within the County of San Mateo, and whose <br /> household income is at or below 100% of median income. <br /> <br /> FIFTH PRIORITY: Buyers who do not live inRedwood City or work for Redwood <br /> City businesses, and live outside the County of San Mateo, and whose household <br /> income is at or below 100% of median income. <br /> <br /> SIXTH PRIORITY: Buyers whose household income is between 100% and up to or <br /> at 120% of median income. <br /> <br />NOTE: When two borro~vers are otherwise equally qualified and both are digible to receive <br />HO3/IE assistance, preference ~vill be given to the borro~vers ~vho -are currently residing in <br />substandard housing and currently paying in'excess of 3096.of their hotaehold income for <br />housing.
