RD-96-12 RD 96-12 9/23/96 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF <br /> THE FOURTH AMENDMENT OF THE DISPOSITION AND <br /> DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT FOR THE MEZES PLAZA PROJECT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency, the City of Redwood City (the "City") and <br /> Mezes Group, Inc., a California corporation (the "Developer") have negotiated a <br /> Fourth Amendment (the "Amendment") to that certain agreement entitled <br /> "Disposition and Development Agreement for the Mezes Plaza Project," as <br /> amended (the "DDA"); and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Agency has reviewed and considered said Amendment. <br /> <br /> NOW THEREFORE, THE AGENCY DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS <br /> FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> That certain Amendment entitled "Fourth Amendment of Disposition and <br /> Development Agreement for the Mezes Plaza Project," by and between the <br />_ Developer, Mezes Group, Inc., this Agency, and the City of Redwood City, a <br /> copy of which Amendment has been executed by the Developer and delivered to <br /> the Executive Director of the Agency, hereby is approved by the Agency, and <br /> the Chairman and Secretary of the Agency hereby are authorized and directed <br /> to execute and to attest, respectively, this Amendment on behalf of the Agency. <br /> <br /> Passed and adopted by The Redevelopment Agency of ~he City of <br /> Redwood City, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 2~_~day of September, <br /> 1996, by the following votes. <br /> <br /> <br />
